Camshaft Oil Seal

Hi,
new member, details in BXchat, next job for me is a camshaft oil seal,
its the pump end , currently leaving the traditional stripe on the right hand
side of the intercooler.
I have the seal, and a cam cover gasket, plan to wash the intercooler,
my question is if anybody has had any trouble with this job before?
I do not want to stress the cambelt , so plan to pop the cam cover off and hold the camshaft still while undoing the pulley bolt, does that pulley come off Ok, or should I prepare my pullers?

The pulley normally comes off with no problem.
