Hot Cold Selector!!!

After repairing the sheared pin on the TGD, checking the clips and greasing the inner cable behind the steering column, I still have no hot/cold control and now to top it all the same problem has happened on the TZD. They both worked fine the first time I tried them, then, just didn't work.

Any ideas chaps before I rip them both apart to change the cables????

Sounds to me like the heater control valve is not being operated. Try working it manually.
