Cure for faded bumpers...

I tried it today and it works really well!
Ok my actual purpose was removing the plastic 'C' pillar panel from a scrap car, method employed butane torch to melt the glue, but you can see the paint around the edge of the panel (where I was heating) looks brand new, the rest of the panel looks dull and crappy.
I would do the whole panel but it's grey and needs to be green!

I thought I would try the same trick on my BX, the fire brigade have just driven off, its not white anymore

only being unneccesarily flippant, its the fumes

What a bunch of blokes you are. I have to say I met up with DocChev on Saturday who very kindly donated a superb TZD interior to replace my itchy scratchy TGD interior....what a lovely bloke. This seems a great forum and I'm glad it didn't collapse over the last few days
