How to `mend` your broken bonnet pull!

Forgot to mention that in my usual cack-handed manner I managed to break the plstic bonnet pull cable on my estate last week. Simple cure (until I can be bothered to go to the scrappy) was to tie a couple of cable ties around the catch and I`m happy to report they are still working fine. Just thought I`d mention it incase anyone got stuck.
