I woud get it done asap as it isnt safe I was once driving a transit with a large crack in the screen I had a pigeon strike at 60Mph on the A15 surrounded my trucks and the screen caved in on my the pigeon was plastered all over me and the board behind the seats I was covered in broken glass all I could do was duck and hammer the brakes Luckily none of the trucks hit me it was one of the other drivers who pulled the busted screen off me used to have some pictures of the damage somewhere will have to see if i can dig them out.

My 16v's one has been cracked for ages, pretty much since the end of July I believe. Drove it round with no problems, but it is on the to do list.

Someone round here quoted £90 cash fitted for a tinted screen.
