Will ZX alloys fit BX's?

The rim size is quoted as 14inch 5.5J 4-24 offset.

As far as I know they do. Someone I know has a BX on ZX alloy wheels.

They do. Offset is slightly more, so the wheels sit a bit further back than normal but they go straight on.

i wanted to run some 15 inch wheels on a zx but was told not to.... i stuck with the original rims and tyres but there are a limited choice of tyre for the steel rims... i would like to upgrade to alloys to suite a 15 inch tyre as the choice is a lot better. I would have hoped for better ride and handling as well ....

The reason someone told you not to put 15's on a ZX, is because on 5 door cars the tyres scrub the rear arches if you have a 195/50/15 are anything bigger. And a 195/45/15 tyre won't give you a good ride, although it would grip better.

If yours is a three door car, give them a slap because ZX 16v's have 15in wheels with 55 profile tyres as standard!
