Why not tell us what is wrong with it?

Common problems - wiring breaks where it goes through the pipe into the doors - probably drivers side - wiring f4or both go through it and of course the door is opened more often.

Slow operation is often due to friction between the glass and the guides and seals including the one you would like to rest your arm on if the glass dropped fully. Silicon spray works wonders.

Switches fail - sometimes respond to switch cleaner but a physical clean or replacement is better.

Loads of posts on here if you search.

Broken wires in door harness or knackered switches.
They think it's all over, it is now!

If you haven't gone in there already, check for continuity with a voltmeter at the motor/switch first - it's much easier than pulling/threading wires in VERY limited space...
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.
