Well, they will fit an XUD, and will only work with a Bosch pump.

However I'm assuming the seller is stating that the crack off pressure is 130BAR (my french is rubbish) and I've never seen a Bosch pump XUD with crack off pressures that low TBH...
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Nowt wrong with off topic, it's called having a conversation.
A dying art I think these days.

Crack off pressure is the point at which the injector opens and allows very expensive and taxed to hilt diesel into the precombustion chamber.

Only if you've been eating beans and drinking lager before commencing fitment!

130bar is what they give in Haynes for the N/A Bosch injectors, and the injector holder is the right type, but I was wondering about the injector reference itself (DNOSD 256), Haynes says nowt on that...

Ooh, good point, I was thinking TD, it's been a long time since I've had owt to do with N/A's... How the memory is fading!

I imagine DNOSD 256 is a Bosch reference number.
Given that the pressure's are correct for N/A then there's no reason at all why they wont fit and work perfectley, unless somewhere in the text it says they are Mullered!

My turn to crack off. My limited French suggests these are non-BX injectors, but rebuilt with Bosch erm... orifices as per the code.

BX diesel Revue Technique says...

DNOSD 256 injectors are for Bosch-injected normally-aspirated XUDs 1769cc/1905cc up to July 1987.
Pump refs are VE R 171/171.1 for 1769cc, VE R 162 type 516 for 1905cc

D9B 1905cc motor(Post-july1987)
Bosch injector ref DNOSD 287, then DNOSD 287+(after april 88 ).
Corresponding pump refs are VE R 272/272.1/272.2

TD injectors not specified, pump ref VE R 316 type 530

Better still. I've just found tables in Russek that has everything in one place. If you want a scan, PM me.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.
