As I have a nearly new radiator to put in my BX, I have noticed that the bottom hose is a bit soft, especially at the ends where engine oil has got at it.
The dealer can supply one (@ £40) but does anyone have a new one at a cheaper price, or can recommend where I can get hold of one?
The car is a 1992 TD estate.

If whatever hose you end up with doesn't fit - then make a note of your reg number and your RP number and go hotfoot to a co-operative Citroen dealer*. Then be sure not to take the easiest answer - or a brush-off.
I discovered the hard way that 1992 TDs had at least a couple of different variations on cooling-system pipes when my last TD started to leak behind the engine. In the end it came down to a cut'n'shut solution behind the engine, and a pair of different bottom hoses being ordered as I discovered the advanced state of rubber decay around the collector-box.
* Note - A "co-operative Citroen dealer*" is often, though not always, the kind that has a parts man of "advanced" years. I've heard the sound of sucking teeth and barely suppressed groans/disgust from Citroen parts neophytes rather too often in the last couple of years. To be fair I've also met a couple of younger partsmen who were right on the ball - exceptionally helpful - but fewer of them.
