squeaky rear susspension

sorry to bore you all with this well worn topic, but my BX14 saloon has the well known problem of excessive positive camber, squeaking and jerky (non smooth) rear suspension movement. I believe there is a quick fix kit to remedy this - replacement suspension bearings or something ?
I have heard that the parts are readilly available - but can anyone please help me with a description or better still pat numbers of the parts required.

thanks for the link to the right place on the forum. Tell me - is it possible to go back any further in the thread shown - because I need to get some advice on the arm removal - before I can change the bearing;
