There is info in the Haynes blue book starting page 11*16 but a little interpretation is needed. A fiddly but do-able job which requires working both in the drivers footwell and under the car (Axle stands!) and patience with the spanners/sockets.

One thing though, don't buy just the rubber bit from GSF it's all but impossible to use. Buy the assembled disc from Citroen and this will facilitate saving you scratching your hair out.

I think the info is in the older (and to my my mind better )Brown Haynes as well (the petrol models manua), but couldn't swear to it. If I do identify it then I'll come back and quote page numbers.

Unfortunately, not a job you can put off....and my secondhand knowledge from someone else who's done the job is that Waytogo's advice is spot on.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.

mmm.. hope it lasts my trip up to northern ireland and back - meeting with Citroen7 this weekend for some other DIY jobs but can't get the full steering part from citroen until next week. Theres no play in the steering.

Would i be able to take one from another car?
