In that case it's one I haven't seen before, sorry. I have worked on a few early 205s, and I had thought that yours would be the same, as I understood that they all shared the same basic gearbox.

The cable does seperate from the drive but it'll be hard to access it. That will be the next check, before ( I hope it is this cable) I have to open the drive. Was in Switzerland today with their network of speed cameras and invisable speed traps so hope my instincts as to what speed I was actually doing were correct!
