Rebushing wiper spindle

Hi guys,

As the front wiper on my BX is flip-flopping around in a fairly irritating manner, I was wondering if anyone had managed to rebush the spindle thing, or am I wasting my time and should just look for another?

I carried out this method in 2004, and it's still going, although not 100%, depends on how much the shaft is worn.

If you ao know any one who has access to a lathe, then that will be a better route.
