1991 Black 1.7 TZD Turbo Hatchback F/S - (E-bay)

Post by RxBX »

As title listing H698 FNR spotted F/S on E-BAY, looks like some work has been done to it since it LAST appeared F/S E-BAY have only covered 280 miles in that period !

Looks like it can be made into a nice example with some TLC and some O/E wheels trims or a decent set Speedline alloys !

Good luck with the sale (If it belongs to a BXC member) and also if you secure it !

Looks nice. The rust round the windscreen would worry me though - although it has got cubby hole covers in the boot! 8)

Black seems a good colour for a BX. Asks for some trimfittings to show it off.

Bosch pump too..

Probably had a badly fitted screen at some point - All the BX's I've had with gloppy sealant visible on the inside have had rust spots around the top corners of the screen... Need the screen out I think.

Both mine have original screens fitted and the surrounds are fine, as you say its probably down to poorly fitted screen and bare metal being left exposed.

Low miles though and the body looks nice, not sure if the rear arms are a bit wonky? at that miles they could still be the originals?

Seems like a deal been done off E-bay, as the seller has CANCELLED all of the bids !

As can be seen there were two bids of £300 by different bidders !

Perhaps if its been sold to a BXC member, they may come forward as being the new owner ?
