I only sold that to him a couple of weeks ago! Typical! He's got a load of other cars he could flog too!

I can vouch it's not the car that's put him off. With time and money it would be a nice car, definately worth the effort.

If anyone on here buys it, I'll help them where I can with parts/advice etc. It's be a shame to see it go to a pugger.

It's sad when, one day you can buy a nice BX 16v project and 14 days later (or so) decide it is that or your dog food or fags. Give up the fags FFS and you'll save enough for the best restored BX 16v in evah.

And maybe ditch the dawg too.

Blimey, I smoke, drink, have a bus, an ambulance, a truck, a forklift truck, a valver and a TD.
Oh, and part time doggies.
And I smoke ALOT.
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I drink and smoke but haven't slept with a dog in quite a while. Fags ain't that easy to give up Phil.

Haha - I did my 'baccy' run to Belgium yesterday. Deux paquet de OCB Noir, est six carton de Golden Virginia, svp. The sales-lady did greet me in English, but I ploughed on in French nevertheless!

Cavmad - my dog Smokey, says he'll sleep with you for two running rabbits. He does come with very silky upholstery.

Okay - feels like I'm digging a hole here, and it's getting deeper...

Tell me about it. Gave up after watching Alan Carr Stop Smoking video about 10 yrs ago. Stopped straight away - as did the wife. Never wanted a fag again, just like that. Amazing really.

What people do is up to them. I can't be self-righteous; I drink too much wine, and I know although I am trying to stop it is harder than the fags.

Isn't Alan Carr that slightly annoying comedian with jowls like pillion bags?

I've given-up on several occasions but always end up slipping back in to it. I just can't resist the pleasure/relief of satisfying that tobacco craving.

Hweeuuk ptt ----------------------------- ting.

Excuse me

Frequently misspelt (which I did)...

http://www.toquitsmoking.com.au/The-Eas ... oking.html

We got the video from our library.

There's a DVD on eBay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ALLEN-CARRS-Easy- ... 0357897602

It's odd. When I was watching it I wasn't sure. But the repetition of points must have a subliminal effect.

But as I said, it worked for both of us. Won't work for everyone, but got to be worth a try?

That's Allen Carr, not Alan Carr.

Watched Alan Carr last night....Toothfairy live. Bloody hilarious! Never thought I'd find a camp comic funny but he doesn't play on it too much like that Julian Clary.

Chat show ain't up to much though.

O/T yeah nice car. I've spoken to him and to be honest I can't work out how he's living his life or arranging his cars/money or where he's headed with it all, but if someone can buy that I guarantee it's solid underneath and with the TLC needed would make a cracking motor.
