Looking for a new interior...

Post by Matt H »

Hi all,

I've been on the lookout for a while now, but if anybody has a nice 16v or leather (I know...) interior available, I would love to hear from you. It is only really the front seats that are tired in mine (Could even get away with a pair of decent seat bases), but will buy a complete set if necessary.

I'm based in Northamptonshire, but will travel a fair distance...

Mine looks as if it has been chewed by a rodent at some point, but the driver's side is really showing it's age.

This picture actually makes the interior look a lot better than it is...

It is for a Phase 1 but I wouldn't mind a split-fold rear seat, but I'm really only looking for the earlier Monza Trim seats.

Cheers,
Matt

Hey Matt!

Forgotten how old your valver is. Did the early ones not have split rear seats then? I assume it must only apply to the ones badged '16v' rather than '16valve'. Just learnt something new to add to my anorak collection :D

Hi Jay - I think all Phase 1s had a non split-fold rear seat, and they switched to split-fold when they made the change to Phase 2 in '89.

Cheers RxBX... I hadn't noticed that one. I think I'll start looking into logistics and actually see if it's still available.
