19DTR AND 14RE FOR SALE
Had an email through the CCC from a guy who has one of each that needs rehousing, the 14RE is tidy asides a worn interior but the DTR has done huge miles and is tatty.
Hoping to take a look Sunday, anyoe interested, he mentioned a price of £100 each which I think is a bit high. No MOT or TAX etc!

Been to take a look at these two today, sellers a lovely bloke, the 19DTR was last on the road earlier this year, had done 223k and runs ok Im told, but may need some work to one inner wing. The bodywork is "fair", hes owned it for 17 years and has kept every receipt tax disc etc. It has TZD bumpers, rear lights and spoilers and a TXD interior.
Scrap value is £50 if he gets it towed away so he will accept that, if you wanted a cheap BX that doesnt look mint you could do worse!
The 14RE is the old gearbox in sump engine type and hasnt run for 6 years although the body is tidy, however what he does have is a set of NEW metric alloys for a Mk1 and 2 sets of MK1 mudflaps. The wheels have a marks where they have been stored but are incredibly rare!
Also at his dads house is a 78 LHD CX estate which is ex some arab royal family a Healey 3000 a Moggie Minor and a 1970s Dodge.
Any interested parties please let me know.

Wow, hi BX club, long time no post for me here, but here we are again.........
I think i talked with this chap about 3 years ago about having this 14RE from him, glad it seems to have been saved at last
I notice mr Cavmad has asked any pics of 70's dodge, none seem to have been forthcoming from the chap selling the cars BUT have one of my 70's dodge to make up for it

Mr Wheel I fucking LOVE that car. One of the few that would actually look class if it were 'wood rided' In fcat spray it metallic green, wood ride the sides and add whitewalls for instant win status.
Yank tanks have really gorwn on me since owning the GMCs and I'm giving serious consideration to getting another Yank of some sort.
