I am after a new thermostat, tensioner kit, and rocker cover gasket as GSF don't do those anymore. And I thought I'd ask here for advice on where to look next. I will want a cambelt too - are Gates the best?
Also if anyone can point me in the direction of a Valeo radiator for said GTi as well as a new waterpump and a new or known good HP pump.... it'd be appreciated. I can get auxiliary belts from GSF still, I think.

Have you tried the bay for a radiator? Seem to be BX rads coming up new quite regulalry. Usually around the £100 mark.
Everything else i imagine you can get from a good motor factors (bar maybe the pump), or perhaps from GSF's competitors (ECP for example).

They are trade only but you can set up a sole trader cash account on line and have parts delivered direct to your door. (I have an account through work)
