Gear Selector

Post by Tim Leech »

Does anyone have a AUTOMATIC gear indicator with the list of gears i.e. P R N A 3 2 1 to the RIGHT of the gear lever, I know they are rare but its worth asking, my TZi has it on the left which is hard to read.

Ta!

Erm, just take the lid off, heat the plastic tabs and turn the strip up t'other way, then refit the lid the other way round.
Cost = nil.

Any unit you get will have been modded, since they were all made for LHD cars.

It's only a 10 minute job to do..

Well it took more like 2 hours to do it then 10 minutes, and was a real pain as the gear selector lever arm kept fowling the bulb holder for the shift patter and I'm not 100% sure it will last indefinately but it works! I managed to cook the dash rheostat in the process mind you so need a new on
