How did you get on at Hill's Motors Steve?

I have dealt with Geoff before and he was always helpful getting bits for my Traction Avant.

I think it was his son who worked on the BX,CX etc..

Brian.

Hi - I think I must have seen Geoff. The car's booked in for Tuesday. I liked the 'feel' of the garage - it was very clean for a start. I have high hopes, but I hate this waiting to find out if I've bought a minger or a winner. He said he'd have to get rid of the tappet racket before he could tell if there were any other problems. The car certainly goes well, so I might be in luck.

and I'm the new owner. Steve kindly delivered it & I ran him home. I got back home to see it sat low on the rear suspension - i think that is normal though. The wife is not impressed - called it ugly she did! Hopefully with some elbow grease it'll be looking good.

ugly - harrrumph - explain the hydraulic system to her, that'll bring her round.

Don't they all go down on their haunches? Mine always have...
