16V Monza Interior - Seats, door cards, carpets etc £50

Post by Mike P »

I have a complete 16V "Monza" style interior available for £50.

Comprises of front and rear seats, all 4 headrests, rear side bolsters and all 4 door cards with handles.

Also comes with carpets, parcel shelf, boot side panels, seatbelts and as much of the interior plastic items and fixings as you want:

Mightily tempting, but I'm sort of odd and quite like the grey tweed. Hmmm.

No side skirts I'm afraid.

All hatchback parcel shelves are the same.

I may well go for this, but I already have a hatchback parcel shelf that I don't need, so wouldn't need that Jacksun.

Go for it, new interior for the Tiger mobile.

It is laughably simple swapping BX interiors. It's a real pain in a modern car.

The only difference between saloons and estates seating appears to be the parcel shelf.

Also the estates have the plastic ribs on the back of the rear seat, whereas the hatch seat has a plain steel back. From my experience the different parcel shelf supports swap to the hatch seats (my seats were originally from a hatchback).

Ah, good point. I've already sold my existing front seats to a 2CVer!

Mike - this does mean I no longer require the seat belt. Thanks.

Further to this For Sale, if anyone is after elements of either a black or grey interior, I've got stuff left. I don't need all the bits from Mike so if there's anything you need, let me know. I've got all of the black trim for around the seat bases, steering column shroud, B posts, centre console and three door cards. Oh, and black carpets too!

In grey, I've got an entire split rear seat in good condition and (so far) the driver's door card. The front seat removed so far is already off to spruce up a 2CV.

Sorry Tim, having already done battle with the seatbelt, I lost my appetite for changing the trims, hence the black ones are up for grabs!
