Actually there is no need to buy separate LHD headlamps cos the ones you have can be modded. This is what I do -
The headlight bulb housing has three slots to locate the three tabs on the bulb. Two of them are much wider than one slot and allow the bulb to be swivelled within the light.
So if you remove the central tab from the bulb and then refit it you will be able to move the bulb round from a LHD position to a RHD position.

Not that it makes much difference as the BX lights are a bit weak and unlikely to cause offence to anyone.

In case it helps here is a list of the key combinations within Word to use .........

Use the ‘ key, 3rd row down 2nd from the right with @ above for acute accent (é)
Use the ` key, top leftmost key for accent grave (è)

It is always a two key or keys sequence.
Plus means hold the keys down together.
Then means release the previous keys and select the key or keys indicated.
