I've recently been talking to Nick Cordiner, the 2CV specialist near Loughborough.
He's got a couple of potentially interesting hybrids for sale if anyone's interested. Both are based on GS four-cylinder engines, with 2CV bodyshells converted to pickups. One is a bit rough and ready, would make a good project or winter hack, the other is nicely done, freshly resprayed in Gris Cormoran. He built the good one for a customer who then backed out. I'd very much like him to flog the pair of them as he's now working from home and doesn't have much space, and I want him to finish off and flog my AK400 for me...
His number's 07802 878029. Tell him I sent you.
He's also got a very good AK400, a couple of R4 vans, an assortment of 2CVs and a very rare 2CV-based Tangara jeep-thing.
I've probably got pics of some of these lurking somewhere if anyone wants to see them.

Oh yes, he's a complete magpie!
Just spoken to him again, and realised I got the wrong end of the stick slightly. The tatty-looking one is the GS-engined one, and it also has two sets of rear wheels.. that's right, a six-wheel pickup...
The grey one isn't GS-engined, it's 2CV-engined.
