Mud Flaps wanted!

Post by Rich »

I've more or less got the BX to where I want it so now it's time to accessorise Darling :)

I am after a full set of mud flaps for my '89 TRS so if anyone has a set in good nick that they would exchange for folding stuff I would be most grateful.

Thanks folks.

With the National approching (I will be there on the Sunday) I thought I would bump this.

I would really appreciate it if anyone has a set.

Thanks Rich.

Seeing as the National is now so near, it's probably best to hang on until then (unless someone has a set they need to offload). You can usually pick up quite a few bargains at the National.
My missus hates me going to "meets", as I always spend too much of the folding stuff on things that she just doesn't understand!!

I'll be there on the Sunday myself.

Nick I have a set of countoured rears, used and the CITROEN writing is wearing off, but they are no use to me (bought a new set), and I have set of front contoured ones, again used and a bit tatty but you may do you some good until new ones appear?.

Let me know if you want them, they wont be much.

Just bought a complete set on feebay for a tenner.
Included was an alternator, wiper, distrubutor & leads, 2 headlights, side lights, sundry hoses etc.

I assume they will fit any model BX? :D

Right! Huge thanks go to Tim Leech because I'm now half way there :D

I now have a nice set of second hand rear mudflaps:

However... I am still on the hunt for a pair for the FRONT.

Second hand is fine. Faded white "Citroen" script is fine. The odd scrape and a bit grubby is fine.

Can anyone please help :)

BUMP :D

With the BX (hopefully) nearly sorted and road worthy and with winter just around the corner I would really like to find some mud flaps for the front.

As said above, second hand and a bit faded is fine.

Can anyone please help. Folding stuff waiting.

Rich.
