Wanted; 16v Engine mount 'arm' and clocks

Long shot i know but i'm in need of these two items as title!

The upper engine mount 'arm' the bolts to the engine/inner wing, and a set of clock/dials for a 16v.

If anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated!
