Well now the red 17TZD is almost sorted (worn out wheel bearings and brakes yet to be finished), I have finally got around to putting the silver 19RD on eBay.
I don't expect it will return the amount of money I spent on it, but hopefully will provide a few more years service to someone who does not expect anything too fancy, just a good engine and a years MOT.
There are certainly many more jobs that could be done on it, but I don't have the time or funds and it is always going to be a tatty car, as you can't justify spending a lot on it and although the structual/MOT work was done for me, there are plenty more lightly rusting bits needing attention..... so it has to go...
Luckily the 17TZD is proving nice to drive and once I can find another caliper pin repair kit, hopefully I can stop the brakes making the horrible noise they do.... Then I need to summon courage to try and do the front wheel bearing....

I'm not normally too bothered about threads staying OT, but for Simon's sake I've splitoff the bit about phones. The car doesn't look too bad for a workhorse type vehicle, almost tempting me!
