Still after a few bits!

Post by Tim Leech »

Fitted the leather seats to the trs a few weeks back to enable the tweed to go in the DTR, went to drive the trs today round the yard and the seat belt clip wont fit in the buckle..... Its a 89 mk2, the original buckles are just plain with no "press" on them.

Also i need a later type side light bulb holder and a nsr bulb holder off an early car.....

Not asking much am i!

I think there are two types of belt/buckle combo and being typical Citroen, I suspect they were in use consecutively. When I put a valver interior in the Green Tiger, I had to change over the buckles as well as the seats.

Ahh ok, the seats from the TRS fitted the DTR no problemo, do you still have the seats you took out of the Mk1? if the belts fitted the seats I gave you then they are the type I'm after....

Hmmm. I had to swap the buckles. Wonder what I did with the old ones...

Tim, have you got any NOS headlamps lying around? Reason I ask is when I put the new lamps on the valver last year the side lamp bulb holders were already in the lamps. Failing that Citroen main dealer perhaps.

a) Was the side-lamp holder that I offered you on your last visit, the correct one by any chance ?

b) The horn, is that a pair or a single one ? (I should have plenty in stock) !

Call or PM me !

:)

Would you like the bulb holder posting or are you wanting the horns too (No pun intended) ?

If so, I'll check out my stock and test them first so you can do a pick up for all the bits if preferred ?
