Just found this in a pile of odds and sods. It's Cit special tool no. OUT 180 143 T, designed to set the choke flap on some Solex carbs (not all - specifics are detailed in the fuel section of Haynes.
It's new, in orignal packaging, never opened.

Kev, if its spare I will buy it! Ive got two petrols.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
