may have to be sacrificed for Gloria and Sohie's sake. The big ding in the sill dosnt look good and i have to find new doors. Got 2 as spares with her but they are not the best.
Also depends on cost, can do a lot but not the repipeing etc that will need to be done. We will see what Malcolm says, hopefully he will see her tomorrow.

You did mention an interesting fact in this month Citroenian that most MK 1s turning up of late are of the same colour blue as yours, this one is no exception.

I guess it depends on how rotten the shell is Andy, a repipe isnt hard, and once its done its done, the doors are easy enough to fit, Ill happily give you a hand. Its such low mileage and the all important rear quarters looks solid.

if so and we decide to put Colle back on the road it might pay to salvage a chunk of door sill to cut and shut,

if we do that i will require the chunk of sill including top and bottom lip/seams

Colle looks quite good in the picy's

and the dash looks the wrong colour for Gloria

BX looks alright - I had that grey nylon material in my break/estate. Didn't wear well I think.

Still got the scrapper Malcolm, bits can be cut off it so no worries there.

Had the phone box since 1988 when i bought it off BT for 100 quid from our local village high street, was going to be smashed up otherwise.

I am coming round to the idea that she should be rescued, just depends on funds.
