Kunifer Pipework Made to Order
I'm not sure if this sort of 'advert' will be tolerated on the forum but it's an aim to offer a service to help folks keep their BXs on the road.
I have 3.5mm Kunifer pipe and a flaring tool, so I may as well offer to make pipes up for people should they need them.
Unless I have copies on the shelf (mostly unlikely) then I'll only be able to make to length. Sometimes the length is available on Citroen Service, but otherwise the person who wants to buy the pipe will have to supply the length. Bending and fitting is straight forward, although a bit fidly on bending to the exact shape.
They will also need to supply their two unions, preferably in advance of making the pipe.
Not sure what price would be, but those who know me know I'm not a profiteering greedy git.
Any feedback welcome

Thank you stinky! It's actually the smaller 3.5mm pipe unions as that's the only size flaring tool I have but I found them
3.5mm pipe union

Re: Kunifer Pipework Made to Order
mmmmm sounds like a great idea - i'm pretty sure i'll need to repipe the valver when I get it out of it's slumber.. but this uses 4.5mm piping IIRC - not sure how much of it is 3.5?

Re: Kunifer Pipework Made to Order
Only ABS equipped cars have any 4.5mm pipework if i remember correctly, even then only two very short lengths.
So a valver has some, but the rest should be 3.5mm

Oh no no mate, don't get me wrong, very helpfull, I was more making the point that I can't do 4.5 ones.Stinkwheel wrote:Sorry el bandito, thought id posted the 3.5mm ones. My bad. but just hope that pointing out where they can be bought may be of a help
I think you are correct stinky, although there is at least one 4.5mm pipe on pas cars, from the fdv to the pinion valve.
