Rear rubber spoiler

Hello all, I will be wanting to remove the rear spoiler on my
bx and fit the shelf type ok I know I got to remove the
plastic cover inside the boot how's this done I mean removing
those plastic caps without damage to them is there a special
tool or do I use a scew driver or pliers

Dont use pliers it will ruin them, i use an old 3 prong dinner fork i found which slides under the heads and lifts them enough to pop them out, some of the smaller ones may break, so careful does it. New ones in various colours available easily enough from a good factor or ebay.

Is this for the 16TRS? the rear shelf spoiler has different holes to the one fitted, when you remove the existing rubber spoiler one you will have to fill and repaint the holes it leaves behind and drill new ones.

If it were me I wouldnt bother...
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

I did, its not my car now but I chose the rubber spoiler as every other BX seems to have the shelf style.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

I would personally agree that the rubber one would look better on that car.

You would be better off finding anothee tailgate with the shelf spoiler attached and having that painted to match.

I have a tailgate with spoiler off a black GTi if you want one to paint and fit.
