It too have one on my 16v - and original too.. Looks very out of place and I'm going to remove it at some point...

What are these worth now?
Absolutely bugger all, in fact Tim and I will take them off your hands. save you the trouble of getting rid of it :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi Kev, do you have the link to that advert please? I have a friend that goes over to France quite often, could be worth checking on the remote chance that he can arrange something for me.

Incidentally, I see that the type that bolts on to the towing eye is still available new

If you search for 'attelage bx' you'll come up with plenty - crochet d'attelage in French literally means towing hook.

My OE one (circa 1988) is slightly different with only one take off for the lighting socket. It has the curved tubes going right forward to the attachment. However it is similar in allowing the spare wheel to be deployed.
