I have a set of 4 alloy wheels + original steel spare for sale.

They came off a 1995 405 GLX TD.

The tyres are all good KWIK FIT make 185/65x14 + spare Pirelli

Complete with alloy centre caps.

As far as I know they will fit a BX

Hi Bernie, I have had a set of those alloys, they will fit a BX with slight modification, you need to drill holes to accomodate the wheel locating pin on the bX rear hubs and to open the hole in the middle out by a few mm to allow the rear hub centre to fit. all simple really.

Dependant on width they should fit a BX though if they are going on a GTi or 16V they`ll need to have `H` or `V` rated tyres, anything slower then `S` or `T` rated should be fine.
Hope this helps, btw Bernie have you tried one of the Fench car forums? I`m sure someone will snap those up from you.

The center caps for those 405 wheels are like gold dust. There's an accepted modification to drill and tap a hole in the wheel, and then bolt the cap on, as otherwise they dissapear within seconds of being fitted.

The caps alone will sell for about £10 each on eBay!
this might be a signature

The set I bought a few years ago had little bits of duct tape tightening up the clips, your suggestion sounds good David, I sold mine to a 405 owner and made a small profit :P
