Wheel Bolts please

Post by MULLEY » Mon Aug 07, 2006 11:01 pm

Just picked up the alloys from Tim (many thanks), nice GTI auto as well.

I need some bolts to fit the alloy's, does anyone have a full set lurking in a drawer or in their garage thats causing a clutter, i'm quite happy to pay with some golden beer tokens.....

Thanks for looking, typical, gave the alloys a nice clean & noticed a nice big thorn sticking out of tyre, i wonder how deep it goes i was thinking, yup as i pulled it out, shshshshshshsh (i think thats how u make escaping tyre air?).

Luckily it was on a tyre that didnt match the others, so an early replacment beckons... thats life i guess!!!

I'm getting itchy alloy wheel palms, Jaba has kindly been looking & has found some but not all, where's best place to get either the remaining 6 or do they only come in sets of 16?

Where's cheapest place for some new one's if i have to go that route? Ta

Hi Bernie,

will your bolts fit alloy wheels? as i am currently running steelies & have got some nice original citroen alloys & apparently the bolts are a different size to the steelie one's.

Cheers
