Silver Estate, Just a thought.

Post by ken newbold »

Would anyone like to buy my Silver TXD estate car for £500 :o Without faults MOT to next September and taxed for 3 or 4 months.

I'd like to raise funds to puchase a "new" mint condition XM estate I saw last night.

Why do these things always turn up when we've no money. :?

If the GTi goes fairly soon Ken I might be interested in that. I`ll give you a shout as/when.

Well, as I said, Tim... this time I am serious. Ken, let me have your reply to the PM and hopefully we can get something sorted. The fact it's a diesel estate and in good order means I have the missus' permission to proceed!

Philip, apologies if I jumped in then. I`m not in a hurry for an estate and will most likely hang on until after Christmas now.
Ken`s cars are always spot on and you know you`ll have no problems with it if you buy it because he`s meticulous and goes right through them.

I will testify that if Ken said there are no probs with it, then there wont be any, the thoroughness of his skills at looking at my beast would give me absolute confidence if i ever bought one of Ken's motors.

Now why oh why didnt i join this forum when i 1st got the Gti, could have saved a fortune & ensured the car was running correctly from day one.....

Good luck with your sale Ken....

I feel really excited by the prospect. It's just a case of getting the timing sorted out. Xmas seems to have come early. Fingers crossed. :D
