i need (trying to convince myself anyway!!) to "down size" my car collection,as im buying a DS23,so...
1977 Ami 8 estate,yellow,RHD,New clutch,tidy looking,but front floors need work,pig to start,but does start! no mot, £375
1969 Renault 16GL,white,currently garaged,appears very sound,not a rot box, £400
Austin Allegro 1300 series 3, inca yellow,black interior,much work done,brakes ect,needs welding on sill for MOT,have failure sheet,a very Retro car!! £300
ok!
BX st tropez,needs clutch,ball joint,tidy car,needs loving home! £75

with the DS to pay for,im just not going to get around to sort these lovly cars out,and give them the love they need!!i realy don't want to part with them, but have to be relistic (RELISTIC? ME? I KNOW!! )

No photo's as yet,but if i can, i will, cars in the Aldershot area, if things get bad.....may have to sell my two beloved BX mk1's!!!!

Wow, interesting collection! The 16 must be an early one and very rare now? I had an inca yellow Allegro a couple of years back now, it was ace. When I drove it home my little one said 'daddy, why is everyone laughing at us?'
Good luck with selling them anyhow, sorry for going o/t.

If I owned a farm with a storage barn, and was a bit more wealthy, I'd have the Allegro and the 16!!

The R16 is a really sweet looking car; apart from a bit of surface rust it looks in v good condition, and a mint interior - non-runner though, I believe Chris had it trailered back from Manchester!! The Allegro I'd have as a daily runabout, no problem! This one has one of the "gold seal" engines.

Hi Chris,

You still got the Ami for sale?

Would you fancy a swap for anything else at all? I know you're supposed to be downsizing but i've no money and the ami has just called out to me :)
