Quite happy with my n/a, if u ask me all the extra power of the turbo or petrol Gti's & valvers just makes overtaking way too safe, real men want to smell fear in overtaking in a n/a, especially the 17 :D

HAHAHAHA

Very good Mulley!

I suppose overtaking is like watching the grass grow and at the same time taking your life into your own hands!

Yeah, that's a beauty. Ready to be turned into someone's 'workhorse' i.e get knackered. Surprising there's no bids though with that low mileage and condition. Nothing wrong with the 1.9, gets me where I'm going and returns more than 40mpg or 45 mpg (seller can't decide), also says it's turbo when it ain't and tries to distract the potential punter with that flowery wallpaper.

I'm careful too but just not used to anything with less than 120hp these days.

Here, if a car these days doesn't have 200hp it's "Underpowered" and that applies to a Polo too! All the motoring Journalists here have a screw loose. They are so Biased too. If it isn't a BMW, VW or a Holden it's a piece of crap period! They think that the Peugeot 407 is sloppy and "can be a bit noisy when redlined".   WELL OF COURSE ITS NOISY WHEN REDLINED

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the 1.9 n/a isn't massively underpowered and a regulat thrashing and using vege oil makes a huge difference.
Ask Sleepy what he thought of the engine he had from a BX 1.9 n/a diesel estate I had. Went like a rocket that thing did.
Vauxhall apologist.

Thats why I drive a 1.7N/A loaded up to the rafters with a boot full of medial kit and a 20 stone bloke in the drivers seat... Bring it on
