I know its a REALLY old thread, but its over 5 yeas since I got the GT, her future looked shakey for a while, ive never owned a BX this long before and there was some speculation as to how long I would keep it, turn it round and make a few quid.....anyway heres to the next 5 years (and 2000 miles!)

Next year I will be doing some fettling as the drivers wing is still a bit skew wif, I have since bought a good used Mk1 item to replace it with and would ultimatly like a long nose bonnet to out it back to "factory"

I really love this car, its a "survivor" and a BX Club stalwart, amazing how market's change in 5 years, if offered on the forum now needing some fettling people would be fighting over it......

Tim, they maybe one available amongst this E-BAY sellers offering the first one (Blue) the third (Grey) and sixth (White) look like the Long-nosed type ?

Image

You could give them a call (07939393247) to check what they actually have and whether there made from plastic or steel as they state there are seven available !

:)

I read the whole thread and lost count how many times you referred to a car parked in a garage as "tucked up nice and warm and dry"
