Why would I banger it when its fine, Ive fixed both mehanical problems and although its done alot of miles drives faultlessly (full service history and 11 months MOT aswell), ive pushed some of the dents out and given it a full valet and it looks half decent now but wont ever be a minter.

I would never break or scrap a BX mate if I can help, I had this one as a spares car for the GT but its too solid and drives too well.

I've still got a brand new in the box rear spoiler, genuine Citroen too if you're interested.

Pm replied to Nic. Tim, if it weren't for breaking BXs there'd be quite a few otherwise good ones on here that ended up scrapped themselves. They're not that rare yet (except Mk1s) so in my eyes it doesn't really matter.

Im having too much fun with it for now Cavmad, did 250 lovely comfie gearchange free miles today to and from wrexham without a hiccup, fitted a much btter rear bumper, smoked rear lenses, new wheeltrims (el cheapo before u start) and a few bits here and there, its making quite a nice motor, I will run it over the winter and see what breaks.

It's not the wheeltrims that worry me Tim it's the fact you went to Wrexham. What on earth made you do that?

Wrexham is a hole! But really you should have mentioned, i might have been able to arrange a visit to the parts garage and you could have picked out what you needed (under all the AX bits)

Artic Steel lives in Wrexham Cavmad, and is breaking a white BX which donated a very tidy rear bumper and some rear lamp lenses,

Next time I head up Vanny I will let you know mate.
