Wheels and Bits and Bobs

Post by Tim Leech »

All being well I will be fitting the alloys to the GT in readyness for the national on sunday, so I will have a set of STEEL wheelbolts spare and a set of bx steel wheels, without tyres.

Are these of any use to anyone before I chuck them in the skip?, free gratis to anyone who wants them.

I will also have a set of 7 (yes 7) BX GT style wheeltrims £15.

I wil bring them to the national.

Please let me know beforehand so I remember to bring them if required.

Original BX steel wheels in good condition are getting difficult to come by due to the scarcity of BX in scrapyards nowadays- are these in good nick? I'd suggest anyone running a BX with steel wheels check theirs out before thinking of dismissing this offer.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.

Why not bring them to the National? If they have bolts, I'm someone'll have them. Failing that we can always sit on them

I will be bringing the wheeltrims but not the wheels, are they any good to anyone on here? Theres a decent set of 4 and 3 spares, a token gesture or even a cup of a tea and burger will do

Yes bring the trims cos I need some. I also need a complete aerial assembly (with fixing plate) if anyone has one, or just the fixing plate will do as the aerial is in the boot.
