Just to let people who were also interested, the first Bx has now been sold to paul@drivepast.com from this forum. While the second Bx will be in China shortly, unfortunately no interest was shown therefore it will be scrapped in the next week or two as its pointless for me to keep it now as i'm Bx'less/French car free after 18years.

.....and I must thank Mald for his help, and generosity with spares.
The BX made it back to Gloucestershire at a very fair clip, stopped leaking, but didn't start blowing, that being the only thing to be fixed immediately.
Mald took the Wales sticker off the back, obviously deeming it far too good for an England dweller.
Am still looking for a local-ish Cit. Specialist, so if anyone knows anything.........

Without wishing to hog this thread; I found out a couple of hours ago that the local i.e. Gloucester, BX service bloke is still around, albeit at a different address.
He is Ashley Barber at Auditechnik on the Bristol Road.
Labour rate is £38.50 an hour.
He looked after my last BX (same model) jolly well, and has owned many himself.
