Nice one… I like them, I just didn’t think that it would be worthwhile fitting them to a car without them. Also they only work without the rear spoiler IMO

Are the rubbing strips easy? If so there will be a set going on mine, hopefully to match the Phase 2 skirts… If I ever find any

All P2 16valvers had them as did all TZD turbo estates so there bound to be some about.

Have I missed something there? If its rub strips, the P2 valver is obviously of the painted variety like the Hurricane and the french special editions, and the TZD estate has black ones?

How about painting the tip of the bumpers instead? I reckon you've more chance of finding more free calls for £30 a month than the phone advert on the telly than finding the proper TZS style trim

Come to think of it, the estate ones won't fit, as they are a different shape at the back... and one's from a P2 valver would be no good to you either, as they are tailored to fit the skirt, and like Kitch says they are painted... so they would have to be off a TZD/TZS/TZI hatch.

Im ahead of you on that one and have already got some grey paint to do the tops of the bumpers with, the rubbing strips will be someting I will keep an eye out for in time.

Tim, are you wanting the strips for the bumpers or the sides of the doors? If its for the door sides i've got a stack in my garage.

Ive seince learned that the TRS has had a set of GTi seats and door cards, as I have 2 BXs with black interiors I would like to return this to the original grey so if anybody has a set of grey seats from a "TR" level car lying around in good condition please get in touch. I would be happy to do a swop if that is preferable

To add to the list, a set of headrests, front or rears are fine, in grey tweed please. Will pay for P&P and costs.

To add to the list, a pair of door mirror lever wotsits, they fit round the mirror leaver inside the car and stop the wind coming in I expect? Mie are held on with glue, also a book pack folder? I hav ethe books but no folder for them.

Are you on about the circular plug which has some brush like hairs on the inside? I deffo have one, perhaps more, i'll have a look tomorrow for you.
