Probably have a clock, though they all tend to tend to "lose bars" on the display over time. Will have a look.
Genuine rear headrests (in what colour and style of trim - description please?) are rarer than rocking-horse-droppings, and hideously expensive when they sometimes turn up on Ebay, but there is a DIY route:
1. front headrest stalks can be cut down for the purpose
2. The plastic retaining base at the junction of stalk and headrest can be reversed to allow the headrest to sit lower, as it needs to.
I'd keep an eye out for badges at any of the ever-diminishing number of scrappies who keep BXs for longer than 5 minutes before cubing them.

Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.

The dudes down the road stick anything over 5 years old straight in the cubing machine before the bloody wheels have ceased turning almost.
Also, scrap round here is now only £54 a tonne, rather depressing given that only a few weeks ago it was over £150...
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Got a brand new late-style 19TXD badge here, if it's any use. Can send photos if necessary.
(FWIW, I work at a Citroen dealer, and we still have a fair amount of BX stuff in stock, if anyone's interested (can I say stuff like that on here?))

I don't suppose you have a "TXD Turbo" badge still hanging around anywhere, do you?
I would be prepared to part with the 'going rate' for one such item!
Also, I'm pretty sure that there will be a ready market amongst us rowdy band of brothers for the vast majority of your BX "stocks"!!!
Many thanks for the 'heads up'!!
Cheers

Hiya J! Been registered for ages!! Just haven't got round to posting anything here before now...
Haven't got a TXD TURBO badge in stock, but if the part number sequence is correct, it should be a CIT8512 for the late style one. No longer supplied by Citroen, but maybe someone has one on the shelf...
As for supplying lists, it would be easier for you to let me know what you want; you may be surprised. Trying to work out what XM bits we have (another story!), and came across a new BX digital clock, as requested initially in this thread. Any offers? (RRP £92.67+VAT... )
We've even got new Mk 1 front wings (but then, hasn't everyone? )
And a couple of saloon rear panels...oops!
Just for information, I work at a Citroen dealer in Louth, Lincolnshire.
Oh, and the fleet is still in stasis at the mo; GTi leaking fluid and needing an MOT, TGD estate MOT'd but still needing cyl head work, and the white one donating parts. Maybe one day I'll get at least one of them back on the road...

No, but I do have a pair of Mk 2 saloon rear quarters/wings (L+R). The rear panels are the ones at the back of the car; lamp panels, crossmember etc in one assembly. I do still have Mk 1 'fiche, so can always look up part numbers if necessary.mat_fenwick wrote:By saloon rear panels do you mean wings? Are they Mark 1 too?
Only I know that David R is after some for his Digit...
BTW, tried the part number for the TZD TURBO badge on the dealer network; no replies...

What is 'hideously expensive'? I've got 3 genuine pairs. 1 plain black (TXS/TXD style), 1 TZD/later GTi and 1 pair of early GTi/TRi.DLM wrote:Genuine rear headrests (in what colour and style of trim - description please?) are rarer than rocking-horse-droppings, and hideously expensive when they sometimes turn up on Ebay, but there is a DIY route:
