Black glovebox

Anyone got a black glovebox in good condition knocking about?

I've sourced one (thanks mnde!) but it's not perfect - a hinge has been broken and fixed with cable ties at some point. If I can't find a better one I'll use it, but if someone just happens to have a perfect one in store I'd much rather the car was just right. Thanks!

I shall be happy to part with a glove box in dark gray. It's in good nick, but not black. I'll be away from home, probably without internet access from 9am Monday19th 'till 26th, so if you're bursting to reply use my mobile.

Stuart, why not just glue the hinges if all the bits are there? i got local garage to do this, its still sound as a pound a couple of years later....

What did they glue it with Mulley or have you been uber uber careful with it since? I've never had any lasting success with gluing the damn things.

Very good question, no idea, except i do remember when they glued it (they broke it in the 1st place then denied that they had done so) i did ask them if the stuff was upto the job, otherwise they would be purchasing me another one, & they did say it was proper glue for this type of repair.

I'm always careful with the glovebox anyway, as i know these are citroen plastics involved.

It was probably a quality superglue they used, such as loctite.
