Remember a BX is for life not just for christmas, by the girlfriend a kitten, problem solved!Phil wrote:Forgot to add, thanks for the picture..
This will be CHEAP I would like to have it rehomed sooner rather than later so I can get something else. Remember it has a long tax and MOT.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
That is only a small part of it. I honestly love the car but this issue is something I have no time to sort.. I am on shifts working 6 days a week. This is a job I started Monday. Hence the need to move the car to an enthusiast who may want to restore/repair.
I will do everything I can to help make a sale.

That is the thing. I know it's worth more if I weigh it in and claim the tax back.
But, as a classic car enthusiast myself although no particular love towards Citroens I hate the idea of scrapping it. Once they are gone they are gone.
I love Morris Marinas, for example I own two. Most hate them and would happily scrap one. That makes me sad so the same thought process applies here. I have every confidence it will remain fine if driven to compensate. Someone may get lucky with a box oil change.
I have a 51 hour a week job at the moment and just have no time to spare. Any time I do get is taken up by sitting still relaxing.
Pics tomorrow now but it is green, showing 112k, lovely interior, bonnet needs painting, spoiler needs painting, plenty of scratches, no service history. Other than the faults outlined in this thread and a rattle from underneath similar to an anti rollbar link it goes well.
Car is in Swindon. V5 still in the post as I only bought it last week.
