This wire is off the GT, the plastic small black plastic plug connects into the dizzy body and the larger yellow one connects to the loom that feeds off the coil wiring.
If you looks closely the wires have been pulled and now broken off and the wires (one looks like an earth) have snapped , I now have a car that doesnt start....MOT day Friday!
The numbers 009 is printed and "Germany" are stamped on the connectors.
There's three pins on the yellow connector and two on the black so I assume one splits off and attachs elsewhere? (Tom could look at your GT please)

I think the part number is 9405911328, Citroen/GSF and ECP say the part number is NFP!

I'd be inclined to (for now at least) cut the black plug off the cable and crimp on some suitably sized connectors onto the cable. Sure, it won't be as water resistant but as it's the low voltage side of the ignition system that's only a problem for long term corrosion resistance. Vehicle Wiring Products (not a million miles from you) are likely to do what you need and may even have the whole connector moulding if it's a standard Bosch part.
It's difficult to tell for certain from the photo but it looks like the cable is screened. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if it was, in which case the third terminal on the yellow connector will just be for the cable screen.

Cheers Mat
Ive brought it to work and one of the techys is going to put me a couple of new connectors on , i managed to get the old connectors out of the plug so hope it can be reused and the new connectors pushed into it, I will keep an eye out for a new/replacement one for future use.

Excellent, I wasn't sure whether they were moulded in with resin in which case getting 'em out without damaging the moulding is more tricky!

Mended! The GT starts first time (after I swapped the connectors round inside the switch as it ran awfully!) seems the extra wire doesn't connect to anything though?

My guess is it's a screen, grounded at one end to reduce interference.
