How much do you love your BX?
Hi Chaps,
Just wondering to what extent you would go for your BX. I know that I wouldn't part with it nomatter what. My family wanted to move back to Switzerland but I said I wouldn't go cause I couldn't take my BX.
Call me crazy but that's me.

Well, not enough to not throw it out of bed if I got an offer from Anneka Rice or Carol Vordeman of course.... But on the whole I wouldnt want it out of my life.m_2975 wrote:How much do you love your BX?

Since I've had my beloved silver GTi auto I've parted with many a good car: a Mercedes 300SE, a Saab 900 turbo, a Toyota Previa, a green BX GTi manual, a white BX GTi manual, a black BX GTi auto and - the one I wish I hadn't sold (there's always one) a red Visa GTi...
And I don't think I will ever willingly part with my BX. But if it was a choice between moving to Australia or keeping my BX...
No offence. But I'd keep the BX

Having sold most of the BX`s I really liked along the way it`s difficult to say. I miss the one Vanny`s mate had the most (my first `proper` BX) and also the black GTi auto and the silver TZD are missed.
I`m not sure I`d never sell any of my current ones, though if (when) the 1.9TD gets road legal that may all change!

This is a sore area for me.
I've lavished pound after pound on the 16v and if it rains I don't like taking it out of the garage! Its almost silly really.....I probably like it too much.
My other problem is that now I have this GT....I know I will only be able to keep both for a short space of time. And the GT is ooozing as much character as the 16v and its even rarer.....I don't know anyone else with a BX 19GT! Anywhere!
Its got to the point where I might even keep the GT over the 16v
I hate it all really
