Someone confirm this for me that the BX was never fitted with Airbags?
Saw a Car advertised saying the BX19 is fitted with Airbags, sent him email saying they dont and he reckons his two mates have Airbags. Now knowing the BX Layout thats kind of difficult to imagine.
Reckon he dont know his Xs or am I wrong?

Pretty much what I figured of all the stories that go around of slight differances between models sold overseas I could or can not see why New Zealand should have a load of BXs with Air Bags when no where including France should not.
As I am now clutching at starws to figure out what he could be refering to I am wondering (cause I never driven one) is does the ZX have airbags? Thats a 1900 from memory in the Volcane.

Err.....Airbags in a BX? I don't think so. There wasn't even any wiring to the steering wheel.
I think that airbags in a BX is called "get a Xantia if you really want them".

Maybe, we should ask Miss Roberts from Abertillery, what model BX she owns.
As per – Parts Gateway !!!!

Seems, Mrs Bird ordered an air bag, but received an engine.

They sound a bit like the parts and tools shop I walked into here a couple of years back and asked if they had a tension wrench.prm wrote:Maybe, we should ask Miss Roberts from Abertillery, what model BX she owns.

Young spotted type strokes chin and repeats "tension wrench, tension wrench, tension wrench...................hmmmmm" as he wanders off.
"What's it made of????" - steel "an' what colour??" - silver "how long?? (I hold fingers as though showing the size of a fish I've caught)....."Ahh; GOTCHA!!"

By the time you're old enough to know it all, you can't remember why you were learning.
