Thanks, wheels desperatly need refurbing as they are all badly kerbed plus the tyres arent any good, but I have a set of 185/60s to go on once they are done (soon I hope).

And what about those ugly awful lumps stuck on the front bumper?

I have to agree, the wheels don't really do it for me. A set of steels with OE trims and nice 165/175's would let the rest of the car shine. As it is, I'm sorry to say, Tim, they detract from the car.
But, each to their own! Lovely colour that car BTW

Each to their own as they say. I was undecided as of the rims but they look ok to me, I would prefer some silver speedlines eventually if anyone wants to swop
As for the overriders I think they look

I woke up today to find my car held up with stacks of bricks ... you stole my wheels!
They look better on your car than they did on mine Tim, I'm liking my new steelies btw
That BX is a great colour.

I love the number plate too
Agreed, the colour suits a BX perfectly. I like it a lot.

Wheels are now off ready to be refurbed, shes sporting a set of a normal steelies and GTI/TZD wheeltrims, a short nosed bonnet (which kinda matches) and a TXD chrome grille which matches the bumper strips.

They were originally riveted on, but I used small nuts and bolts when I stuck mine on the 14... Still have one attached to the old bumper too. I'd offer it to you, but it isn't in great nick, and the Phase 1 16v is staying as a Phase 1, so I can't give you that one!
