Gotta agree Graeme, your CX column rocks every month and should be the example for every columnist to use!

Reminds me. I've promised an article on my V6 autobox rebuild adventures...

I'll be at the CXM, local for me, and I'll most likely be in my blue V6.

Nice day for a change to the Stratford and Godmanchester meetings as it did not rain, but it did cloud up and some light winds at times but still a very enjoyable day, with some nice XM and CX's also few other models plus a lovely Peugeot 504.
Also met up with some folks from the XM Forum (Still not joined up yet, so Ken if you see this maybe you could put a link in for them to see the slide-show as I see 'Dean' off the XM forum was asking for some photos) link to CXM MeetingSlide-show.
Sorry Tim, for not having a photo shot of your BX which you kindly chauffeured me to the meeting in, but here's a link by 'red_dwarfers' from the XM Forum of his SLIDE-SHOW where your BX is featured so I hope that makes up for that !
Cheers and enjoy everyone.

Can i just pipe up here, just read this thread (obviously no reason as ive missed the 09 rally quite definitely) BUT..........

Last CX rally i attended at little Horwood was (i think) 2005, maybe 2006 (there was a quiz on guessing the citroen part)

Anyway, it was the second CX rally id attended at the little horwood site. There were plenty of cars on display and also just milling around.

This was before it became the CXM rally.

why did it need to merge with the DS/SM rally? Surely the DS section gets enough support and attendees? i felt the CX rally standalone certainly did.

Just my views you understand.

Eh? The DS/SM rally and CX/XM rally haven't merged. At least - if they have, nobody told me... But what would I know?

Nothing on the calendar yet, but I'd be surprised if there isn't.

Last year's was a good 'un.

Yes there is definitely going to be a CX Rally - we are just sorting out a date at the moment with Rob.

There always will be a CX Rally as Joycelyn always organises it brilliantly as per usual.

If there are any updates i'll let you guys know...
